  • We are looking for a Regional Brand Manager to oversee the strategic implementation of brand ShineWater.
  • As a successful manager you will be responsible for leading and managing all media opportunities while working closely with the regional sales team, regional sales manager, marketing manager and social media manager.
  • Overseeing field marketing brand strategy for assigned territory; overseeing effective program execution.

  • Overseeing the implementation of strategic regional sales and marketing plans through the use of marketing assets, sampling activities and other platforms that align with national brand strategies
  • Leading and managing all social media programing and amplification of brand voice initiatives, working closely with marketing manager, and social media manager to align activity
  • Accessing all regional media opportunities (traditional / non-traditional), and helping to identify key strategic opportunities for brands, negotiating and maximizing local contracts/opportunities
  • Working closely with regional sales team to maximize retail opportunities to grow brand (40% of time)
  • Working with regional sales managers to motivate and inspire our distributor partners to keep ShineWater execution top of mind
  • Managing team’s administrative function of strategic spend, inventory management, legal guidelines, event tracking reports, program recap and measurements
  • Ensuring strong level of communication between regional sales team and corporate marketing
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be flexible on schedule as some nights and weekends will be required
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Pay: $35,000.00 per year
  • Monday to Friday
  • Brand Management: 1 year (Preferred)
