Little Green Cyclo is an established food and beverage company in the Bay Area looking to hire a Product Sales Specialist to focus on the sales of our ready to drink Vietnamese coffee through relationship building & solution selling.

We place sourcing, sustainability, quality and excellence as our core focus, inspiring a meaningful, impactful and productive work environment.

We recently launched our single origin Vietnamese coffee in RTD cans. You can find our product in over 20 retail stores throughout the Bay Area. As we release our next 2 plant based products, we are looking to expand into other geographic locations and segments of the CPG market.

We're searching for a confident go-getter who can get behind a product they believe in and is looking to grow with a company that is on track for stellar growth.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Performing sales outreach
  • Acquire new accounts via leads, cold-calling and other strategic selling solutions
  • Maintain relationship with current accounts
  • Develop & execute promotional plans
  • Add line extensions and new product lines
  • Target food service & non traditional sales channels
  • Manage, motivate & educate brokers, agents, sales partners & distributors
  • Assist with forecast & growth projections
  • Work closely with the founders to create customized selling programs

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years sales experience
  • Have an in-depth understanding of the beverage industry
  • Experience presenting to potential and current clients (presentation building)
  • Strong execution skills
  • Client presence and persuasiveness
  • Client service orientation - fast follow ups, general sense of urgency
  • Attention to detail & organized
  • Highly motivated, energetic & driven
  • Results oriented
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Willing to travel
  • Safe driving record
  • Coffee lover a plus
