Our fast growing company is in need of talented Area Managers to join our hands-on team as we roll up our sleeves and charge ahead into another record-breaking year.

Reporting to the Director of Sales - West, the Key Account Manager is a key member of our growing sales team.  The Area Manager will operate with a high level of effort, professionalism and efficiency. 

Minimum Job Objectives:

  • Grow the current portfolio in terms of brand distribution in the market
  • Introduce retailers to the great brands in our growing portfolio
  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with retailers and on-premise operators
  • Educate distributors, retailer staff on the benefits of the brands in the Splash portfolio
  • Maintain a current sales pipeline report for all account and prospect activity in his/her assignments
  • Generate ideas, suggestions and recommendations to help the company's Sales and Marketing leadership improve its customer marketing execution
  • Ensure proper placement of our products in the store
  • Work with Marketing team to ensure price, placement, and promotion are maximizing our value and return
  • Help create a culture of success in your sales division
  • Special assignments as needed/delegated by supervisor
