Aspire is a healthy green-tea based energy drink with no sugar, calories or carbs! We are a quickly expanding beverage company that is looking to hire an Territory Sales Representative for the Philadelphia market.

Aspire's new Philadelphia Sales Representative will lead sales efforts in Aspire's numerous local retailers, by building relationships at store level, gaining secondary placements, building displays etc.

Responsibilities and Duties

-Establish positive relationships with store managers at each local store

-Sell in displays, secondary placements, new SKU's etc.

-Visit stores to check on shelving, pricing and inventory levels

- Help sell Aspire into new locations and execute promotions.

-Manage a set list of stores in an assigned territory (Grocery/Chain)

- Ensure area compliance on national corporate mandated and optional programs

- Potential overnights

Qualifications and Skills

-Well organized with ability to work both independently and within team environment.

-Must be willing to travel to meet with assigned customers.

-Results oriented, innovation, strong problem solving and negotiation skills.

-Ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace. Must be adaptive to change within organization and industry.

-An outgoing personality which enjoys interacting with store managers and building relationships

-A passion for healthy products and a healthy lifestyle

-Reliable source of transportation and a valid driver’s license

-Previous Merchandising / Sales Rep experience

-Existing knowledge of regional off premise chains in assigned territory.

-Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills

-Proven track record of being dependable

-Regularly lift, move, kneel, bend and place up to 30 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays as needed.

Hours/Travel Details

-5 Days per Week (8 hours per day)

-Cover Philadelphia and surrounding regions.100% travel

-Hours are approximately 8:00-4:00
