The Weeping Radish Head Brewer is in control of the entire brewing process. We have a 20 bbl automated brewhouse, 6 fermenters and 16 aging tanks. Average production 1,000 bbl per year, split evenly between on and off premise. On site 16 oz. cask canning line. Brewery employs one full time sales person for self distribution on the Outer Banks.
