This position is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships that promote sales and brand loyalty by providing a fun and positive experience for all guests- at both our flagship location in East Hartford and off site special events.

Job Description:

• Convey our brand story to consumers
• Greet and serve customers with a positive welcoming attitude
• Staff occasional on/off premise tastings and special events
• Desire to promote the brewery and contribute to sales growth, including beer and merchandise sales
  
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocol
• Handle routine purchasing transactions with accuracy
  
• Maintain a fun but professional and clean work environment
  
• Perform all other duties as assigned

   

  Skills and Abilities:

• Knowledgeable, personable, and enthusiastic about craft beer
• Self motivated and ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time
  
• Must be available to work weekends and some holidays
• Must be 21 or older *prior customer service experience is a plus*
• Must be able to lift 30lbs+
