NuttZo is currently looking to hire a Sales Manager Conventional/E-Commerce. This role will be responsible for sales in US & Canada, managing the sales team and all brokers, and day to day strategic planning and execution. We're looking for a self-starting professional with managerial experience and a proven track record in sales as well as existing relationships with grocery buyers at Conventional and Mass retail chains along with E-Commerce experience. A belief in our products, their unique taste and our distinctive brand situation is a must! The Sales Manager is a full time remote position, with on-site check-ins on a weekly basis. 


Responsibilities 


? Create and manage strategic sales goals and plans 


? Build annual business plan by customer 


? Work as part of a sales team 


? Oversee and manage on-line sales program 


? Strategize promotional calendars 


? Oversee coupon programs 


? Manage Brokers 


? Manage Distributors 


? Analyze data and Spins reporting 


? Analyze and dispute chargebacks 


? A/R on anything over 30 days 


? Oversee trade spend 


? Oversee sales expenses 


Requirements 


? 7+ years of relevant sales experience in consumer products, food and beverage ? Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred 


? Retail sales experience with a focus in the Natural, Conventional, and Mass Channels preferred 


? E-Commerce relationships a plus


? Ability to drive the sales process from plan to implementation 


? Strong leadership and team building skills 


? Highly adaptable and driven with the ability to excel in a fast-paced start-up environment ? Ability to work weekends as needed 


? Ability to travel for trade shows, sales calls, and meetings
