Brands Within Reach (BWR) has an exciting portfolio of brands and operates primarily in the better-for-you RTD beverage market in the USA and Canada. As well as its in-house brands, BWR is also a strategic distribution partner for Danone’s Evian and Volvic brands. Now under new private equity ownership, the company is poised for significant growth and, to support that growth, is looking to expand its team.

The Head of Sales will lead all sales functions within BWR. She or he will plan and execute against the significant distribution and sales growth opportunities that exist across multiple channels. He or she will lead an experienced team and play a key role as part of the senior leadership of the company.

Qualifications:

-        15 years of progressively increasing responsibility in sales and sales leadership roles.

-        Minimum of five years heading up a national sales team.

-        Extensive knowledge of the RTD beverage market, all channels and related distribution networks.

-        Able to lead and coordinate all internal and external sales resources.

-        Demonstrated track record of delivering growth in highly competitive markets.

-        A true business manager, who understands delivering profitable growth and therefore effectively manages                                         all resources and spends for maximum ROI.

-        A team player, able to build relationships with the rest of the management team, throughout BWR and with                                        external partners.

-        Energetic and driven to deliver results.
