Brands Within Reach (BWR) has an exciting portfolio of brands and operates primarily in the better-for-you RTD beverage market in the USA and Canada. As well as its in-house brands, BWR is also a strategic distribution partner for Danone’s Evian and Volvic brands. Now under new private equity ownership, the company is poised for significant growth and, to support that growth, is looking to expand its team.

The Key Account and Territory Managers will manage all aspects of BWR’s business within their territory, including key regional accounts, brokers, distributors and route-to-market partners. They will develop and lead the implementation of plans to increase distribution, sales and profit contribution from their territory.

We have a focus on adding resources in the Southeast, Southwest, Midwest, Northeast and Northwest, but will also consider applications from candidates based in other locations.


-        7-10 years of progressively increasing responsibility in sales and sales management roles.

-        Minimum of five years’ experience managing key regional accounts and distributors.

-        Knowledge of the RTD beverage market across all major channels and related distribution networks.

-        Able to lead and coordinate all resources available (internal and distributor/broker partners).

-        Demonstrated track record of delivering growth in highly competitive markets.

-        A business manager, who understands the need to deliver profitable, strategic growth.

-        A team player, able to build relationships throughout BWR and with external partners. 

-       An energic self-starter, with the ability to develop solutions, overcome obstacles and deliver results.
