Wild Leap Brew Co. of LaGrange, GA is seeking an individual to join our rapidly growing brewing team.
Must have 1-year minimum commercial brewing experience
Must have experience with all general aspects of the brewing, cellaring and packaging processes including:
Common safety and sanitary procedures for working with chemicals, heat and pressure.
Common CIP and SIP procedures for brewhouse, FVs, Kegs and other production equipment.
Common brewing measurement tools and logging procedures.
General process and maintenance procedures for operating grain mill, boiler, brewhouse, pumps and other equipment.
Must be capable of operating a forklift. Without breaking shit.
Must be capable of lifting 55 lb bags. Over and over and over again.
Must have Iron-clad reliability.
Must have a solid focus on safety
Must be ready to work at a fast pace, yet be precise in your daily tasks.
Must have a strong desire to learn and take initiative.
Must be able to withstand wet, humid conditions and work in a non-climate controlled environment
Brewing on a 30 BBL 2-Vessel Steam System in our clean and beautiful LaGrange, Georgia facility.
Overseeing all aspects of cellar activity, including fermentation, dry-hopping, conditioning, carbonation, and preparation for packaging.
