About Artifact:

Artifact Cider Project is a craft cider company based in Massachusetts. 

Using advanced fermentation practices, alongside thoughtful sourcing and the creative application of northeast apples, we aspire to make ciders that are new and boundary-pushing, but still true to the art of cidermaking.


About this Position:


The Massachusetts Territory Manager will be an important member of the Artifact sales team. The position joins a company of ~10 employees, will be directly responsible for all wholesale sales in Artifact’s home territory, and will report directly to the Associate Director of Wholesale Sales.


The ideal candidate has interest in building a true passion and familiarity with the craft beverage community; and is organized, self-disciplined, detail-oriented, and sociable. The Territory Manager must live or be willing to relocate to Massachusetts. 


Responsibilities:


  • Learn and embody the Artifact culture, products, and mission

  • Increase cider sales in existing accounts, as well as opening new accounts, including on-premise and off-premise accounts and all related tasks (calls, visits, events, etc.)

  • Foster and cultivate relationships with Artifact’s on-premise and off-premise retail partners.

  • Develop a relationship and work closely with our Distributor partners

  • Work with Associate Director of Wholesale Sales to develop and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals

  • Maintain up-to-date records of accounts and sales activity

  • Help with miscellaneous odd jobs as required

Requirements:


  • Excellent time management, communication, and relationship-building skills

  • High levels of energy, extraversion and self-motivation

  • Goal-oriented and driven

  • Industry sales experience is preferred, a passion for cider is required

  • Valid driver’s license, registered, insured and reliable vehicle and ability to drive and visit accounts frequently

  • Ability to work weekends and nights as needed

  • Must be 21+
