We are seeking an enthusiastic Wine and Spirts Field Sales Representative to join our growing Gotham Brand Managers family.

General responsibilities in this role include proper management of new sales territory and division in NY Metro including selling current and new products of wine and spirits, servicing established customers and expanding our footprint in the market.

Job Description:

Field Representative:

  • Recognizes opportunities and re-allocates time and resources strategically toward highest opportunity, pivoting his/her time based on business performance, time of the month, opportunities in the account and needs of the rep.
  • Identify and nurture current accounts
  • Collaborates closely with management to ensure execution of annual sales plans, evaluate market conditions, ensure appropriate resources are dedicated to our spirits brands, etc.
  • Negotiates monthly objectives, sales incentives, etc. with distributor leadership on behalf of GBM.
  • Ensure consistent customer contact
  • Properly plan and execute sales initiatives
  • Ability and willingness to respond and adjust to changes by balancing your core beliefs the appropriate reaction to the change
  • Follow necessary steps when making sales calls
  • Perform reliable inventory checks and communicate properly to minimize order mistakes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year plus bonus
