Revolution BrewingApply for Job
Revolution Brewing is hiring a Production Planner to work on-site at our Kedzie Ave brewery here in Chicago. This is a far-reaching role that schedules our tanks and the movement of beer as it's made, from raw ingredients to finished products shipped out the door. As the Production Planner, you’ll be nimble and flexible as you communicate plans and changes across departments, using data from spreadsheets, inventory details, and various forecasts to plan & update production timelines with our Brewery Manager. The end result will be shared with the production teams so they know their timing in making our beer. You'll also coordinate with our Logistics and Sales leaders on when that product will (and needs to) be in the market so we can get our tasty beer in people's hands as freshly as possible.
Why You'll Be Successful:
- You'll have at least 5 years experience in food & beverage production planning
- You're nimble and able to process through constant changes that come your way, with experience thinking through F&B production schedules. You'll understand how brewing schedule changes affect different groups and steps in the manufacturing process, and quickly share those updates and changes.
- Your prior experience includes using SAP based systems (we use O-Beer) and Excel/GSheets to start with, so your ability to disseminate and manage data and plans will be top-notch.
- Your foundation for success will rely on your Bachelor’s degree or equivalent on-the-job training and certifications you’ll have earned.
