Territory Manager –  Ingredient and Finished Product Markets

Eversea America Inc., an international company, has developed, patented the world’s first ethical Omega-3 nutraceutical product(s) that is ocean plant-based (DHA) and certified organic in the EU and by the USDA.  The products are produced without chemicals, solvents, or heavy processing that degrade the nutritional benefits. The use of algae and a sterile growing environment offers a product that is sustainable, without any risk of ocean-based toxins/pollutants or residual processing solvents. 

The Territory Manager is responsible for growing the companies branded and house-branded product line – initially for the USA western business.  The position also will identify opportunities and promote the companies patented organic certified ocean plant-based Omega-3 ingredient.  The Territory Manager is expected to represent the company’s values while building and maintaining sales.  Excellent communication skills, verbal and written on all platforms are a critical necessity.

This is a ground-floor position that has substantial opportunity for growth.

Specific Responsibilities

Customer acquisition and maintenance

Provide vision, leadership, and direction to create and ensure a profitable USA business.

The position is expected to grow into leading and developing a well-motivated team to maximize financial opportunities in harmony with the brand's commitment to social and environmental responsibility.

Support the activities of the company’s Social Media Marketing team.

Identify, develop and implement programs that lead to positive sales growth.

Ensure that all activities support the companies Brand Strategy.

Develop annual budget for the commercial operations in USA West to support the sales activities. Monitor spending against budget and report monthly.

Identify and ensure that new product opportunities, which add value to the business, are identified, implemented, and fully exploited.


BS/BA Degree Required

1 + years Sales Experience Required

Excellent selling, closing, persuasion, and presentation skills.

MS Office proficient
