Sales Representative

Eagle Park Brewing & Distilling Company 


Responsible for outside sales of Eagle Park products in their designated territory. Works alongside distributors to ensure proper sale and distribution of products. Maintains professional and quality relationships with accounts. Provide education and answers about products, EP history, and the market. Encouraged to come up with interesting ideas and events to highlight EP products. Conduct tastings and product demonstrations. Manage expectations.

  • Maintain brand and make sure it's represented properly.

  • Provide accurate information to accounts on products

  • Product information and release dates 

  • Increase number of sales in the market.

  • Keg Placements

  • Better placements in stores

  • Knowledge of beer, spirits, and FMBs

  • Ensure proper dates on products in the market and merchandising said products

  • Account Relationships 

    Establishing strong relationships with buyers in On/Off Premise. Introducing new products and informing of changes to existing products. Problem solving issues or delays with distribution or production. Be available. 

    Working Alongside Distributors:
  • Allocation/Managing Placements

  • Making sure accounts maintain lines, cocktail list placements, & store placements.

  • Relaying allocations from the account to the Sales manager. Making sure allocations reach the proper destination.

  • Managing expectations.

  • Ride Alongs: Partnering with distributor rep on their route to focus on EP brands and offer insight/special attention.. 

  • Festivals, Tastings, & Special Events: Able to do in store tastings as well as special events, beer festivals, and spirits events. 

  • Skills:
    • Positive, outgoing, and passionate about craft beer, beverages, & spirits.

    • Problem solving ability given the wide array of accounts and personalities in the market. 

    • Must have strong sales & communication skills.

    • Task and goal oriented.

    • Willingness to be a part of a growing local and family business.

    • Multiple years of experience in beverage sales, hospitality(bar, restaurant, or venue) or retail with a brewery, distillery, distributor or retailer. 

    • Valid Driver’s License, clean driving record, insurance, and reliable vehicle.

    • Full time availability with flexibility for outside events & tastings

    • Ability to lift and move 30lb cases with some regularity.
