The National Sales Director oversees the our national growth strategy, along with the sales teams and brokers needed to execute on growth goals. With a focus on national brick & mortar expansion, this role is responsible for planning and executing sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and team organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sales Growth
    Increase top line revenue and expand the Brand nation-wide; set sales targets and quarterly goals with CEO.
  • Broker Management
    Oversee our national and regional broker partnerships; supporting them with all their needed strategies and content.
  • Retail Marketing Planning 
    Create and execute an in-store marketing strategy with support from the marketing department.
  • Build Sales Team
    Hire and manage a sales team for efficient sales growth and account management.
  • Data Analysis
    Digest available sales data from in-house and/or industry data to inform quarterly sales tactics.
  • Software Literacy
    Should be very comfortable with cloud-based software and the Google ecosystem; training will be provided, but self-learning is essential to excel in the role.
