We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Field Sales Manager to join our company in Los Angeles and Southern California (Hollywood, The Valley, Santa Barbara). This position requires experience selling beverages, especially on-premise.

About the Role

  • Increases sales and distribution of product in sales territory
  • Aggressively pursues new accounts and builds relationship with existing account base
  • Communicates retail account activity to distributor, distributor representatives, and Local Roots Kombucha management team
  • Develops expert knowledge of kombucha and Local Roots Kombucha products
  • Educates distributor representatives about Local Roots Kombucha products
  • Maintains expense planning to achieve maximum return on investment
  • Manages individual time and activities to maximize sales volume within territory

About The Schedule

  • Must be able to work nights and weekends
  • Some travel, including overnight stays, may be required
  • 5 days a week in the field
  • Market expectations: 80% on-premise, 20% off-premise
  • Expectation of minimum 2 promotional events per week
  • Consistent calls on local retail buyers, decision makers, and key account managers
  • Regular schedule of distributor ride-alongs
  • Coordinate special events and promotions as assigned throughout the year

About You

  • Must be 21+ years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience preferred
  • Hospitality or service industry experience preferred
  • Excellent sales and relationship development skills
  • Proficient in basic computer skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must have a clean driving record
