Meet/exceed annual new and existing customer revenue and profit goals for all company’s products in specific key accounts
Enhancing our wholesale program across multiple channels, which include but are not limited to: hospitality, food service, independent grocers, and special events.
Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers. You are our ultimate brand ambassador!
Ability to recognize underperforming accounts and use syndicated data to inform decisions and growth strategies
Budget management: able to analyze a customer’s P&L statement, budget for new promotions, and manage trade spend
Conduct store audits to maximize sell-in opportunities and ensure timely execution of new item introductions, schematic implementation, promotional programming, and that they have all necessary resources required to succeed in the marketplace (e.g., product samples, sell sheets, promo calendars, point of sale, etc.)
Detailed account management including creating a customer database, managing in-store projects from beginning to end, and concise record keeping
Creativity: Identify new placement opportunities for our products, and work in tandem with our marketing team to support comprehensive marketing plans to profitably increase market share
Must have 3+ years of prior sales experience. CPG and mass retail experience preferred (familiar with slotting fees, manufacturers coupons, etc.)
Bilingual, English & Spanish
Willing to travel in your region when needed. Southern CA residents preferred.
