Cerveza Monopolio is an independent Mexican brewery producing quality beer in Mexico and the US. Monopolio has a rich history dating back to 1882, originating in the city of San Luis Potosi. We brew traditional Mexican recipes and serve customers in Mexico, Florida, and New York. We are a fast-growing company looking to hire a strong Admin professional with some operational responsibilities.  


The Administrative professional will be responsible for maintaining a high level of organization in the company - working closely with the finance manager, sales team, logistics team, and the Managing owner.

Reports to: Managing Owner

  • Work closely with the finance manager on all matter relating to bookkeeping, AP, and AR
  • Supporting the sales team and ensuring they are performing their admin requirements correctly. Managing laceup – our sales and delivery software
  • Working with our logistics team on the management of our warehouses, inventory control, all matters relating to our small fleet trucks
  • Freight logistics – organizing shipment of product from our partner breweries to our warehouses
  • Supply chain – working with owner to coordinate brew scheduling and production of our cerveza ensuring inventory across all our SKUs
  • Regulatory compliance and tax submissions – US beer laws require compliance and monthly fillings in each state
  • Working with our accountants
  • Keeping records and organized files


  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in administration or similar positions
  • Competent in using a computer and be proficient in Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook
  • Handle multiple demands and rapid change
  • Able to operate with minimal supervision
  • Skilled in thinking critically and problem solving
  • Willingness to fill in other job duties as necessary
