The Sales Director at Hi-Wire Brewing will successfully meet our customer/client acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
Sales Director responsibilities include developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets. Additional duties will include overseeing the sales team, hitting annual targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends. This is a permanent full-time, exempt position. In order to help ensure all aspects of this position are performed as expected, measurable metrics will be provided along with regularly scheduled performance reviews. This position reports to the Ownership Team.
Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within Hi-Wire territories and accounts.
Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve the company's sales initiatives and expand our customer base.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client/customer relationships, partnering with them to understand their business needs and objectives.
Lead the management of all distributor relationships, ensuring marketing strategies and distributor focus lead to increased sales across all areas of distribution.
Organize the team’s sales and marketing activities to establish Hi-Wire’s on-premise, off-premise, and event presence in each area of distribution.
Responsible for pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness across all markets.
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
Understand category-specific landscapes and trends.
Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
Lead Sales Team members to ensure execution of the company’s growth objectives.
Complete other assignments from the management team as requested.

Demonstrated success in developing strategies to increase market share

Demonstrated success in team development with proven leadership skills
Passion for beer and craft beer industry
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field OR equivalent experience required
Adeptness at CRM, VIP, and IRI data analysis and usage required
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and relationship building skills
Ability to use sales data to build a presentation and tell a story, driving a narrative to help Hi-Wire put its best foot forward with high-level, outside stakeholders.
Independent, enthusiastic self-starter with a will-to-win sales approach
Valid driver’s license free from any DUIs
Other ideal qualifications (preferential, but not required):
3 to 5 years’ experience in alcohol/beverage or consumer product goods industry
Knowledge and experience related to the three-tier sales system
Success within portfolio management and brand development
