? Reports to the National Distribution Manager.
? Oversees and coordinates the distribution of all finished good SKUs directly with our 3-tier distribution partners.
? Works internally with all sales channels to allocate finished goods appropriately to maintain proper inventory levels at all locations.
? Confirms and schedules all 3-tier distributor orders.
? Acts as the main point of contact for all order and inventory concerns both internally and externally.
? Monitors and tracks shipments, resolves scheduling conflicts, and updates partners regularly.
? Issues invoices and credits as needed using NetSuite.
? Manages finished good inventory levels in three distribution warehouses.
? Communicates regularly with members of the sales team on updates to orders and any potential impacts from production.
? Works closely with the production and warehouse teams to ensure finished goods are available as expected prior to shipment.

Skills and Experience:
? Experience: 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, distribution or logistics
? Computer Skills: Google Sheets and/or Excel experience a must. NetSuite or similar ERP experience is preferred but not required.
? Travel Requirements: None.
? Education: High School Diploma or GED. Degree or experience in the brewing industry or supply chain a plus but not required.
? Location: Milford CT. Remote 2-3 days a week.
? Salary: Commensurate with experience - Base salary, and opportunities for performance bonuses.
