Proudly serving RTD canned cocktailsFIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVEThe Sales Rep is responsible for delivering volume, distribution, merchandising, and pricing performance across the geography for which he or she is responsible. Responsibility covers all channels of business, including On/Off-Premise.

  • MUST HAVE MIN 1 year experience with Wine/ Spirits Wholesaler or supplier – 
  • MUST HAVE Off/On-Premise experience 
  • MUST BE motivated and ready to hit the ground running!

  • Oversee the development and execution of annual sales plan for assigned geographic territory; Include achievement of depletion and distribution goals along with personal KPIs developed with the corporate office
  • Manage brand portfolio within assigned geography; Ensure proper management of depletions and inventory by SKU (prevent out of stocks and plan for future growth) 
  • Provide wholesalers, and RSV colleagues with clear and regular communication around channel goals and progress toward goals; Goals include distribution, depletions, shelf schematics, displays, pricing, ads, menus, POS placement, promotion, and planner/program attainment
  • Actively develop and manage relationships with wholesaler personnel i.e. GMs, VPs, Account Executives, Merchandising VPs, and Sales Managers
  • Ensure the planning and execution of sales programming in all markets
  • Ensure the planning and execution of price structures and shelf prices in the market
  • Ensure POS and other marketing assets are utilized in the field with correct programs
  • Travel when appropriate to observe business conditions and to call key buyers, distributor personnel
  • Participate in Roust and wholesaler planning and sales meetings
  • Provide monthly formal and informal reporting
  • Pricing Management – ensure all SKUs are priced properly and within defined standards
  • Visibility management – ensure each market is to standard regarding pricing and brand priorities
  • Activation management – implement creative programs to activate consumer i.e. samples, special offers, IRCs, MIRs etc.
