The Chain Specialist is responsible for growing the Craft Collective portfolio at assigned on and off-premise chain accounts.  This person will report to the National Accounts Manager and is responsible for day-to-day ordering and maintenance at assigned accounts.  This person will also assist in prospecting new accounts and finding opportunities for growth.  


  • Build relationships at assigned accounts with key decision makers

  • Find and pursue opportunities for expanded distribution, placements, displays, etc

  • Merchandise product at accounts when needed

  • Work with National Accounts Manager on pursuing opportunities for growth, new targets, promotional programming, etc

  • Assist National Accounts Manager with new item submissions, OOS reports, pricing opportunities, etc

  • Build and grow Craft Collective portfolio at assigned accounts by consistently monitoring inventory, placements, pricing opportunities

  • Work with supplier reps to monitor brand performance and build brands at accounts

  • Maintain consistent communication with National Accounts Manager on a daily basis

  • Build plans to meet quarterly sales goals and address any opportunities with manager


  • 2+ years experience in sales/beverage industry, craft beer experience a plus

  • Excellent communication skills 

  • Ability to stay organized while working autonomously

  • Ability to travel as needed

  • Access to a vehicle that you are willing to use for business purposes 

  • Flexibility to works days/nights/weekends

  • Independently motivated/ go-getter

  • Goal oriented, ability to set targets and meet them

  • Ability to build rapport with customers

  • Lifting when needed, 10-20+ lbs
