APRIL 17, 2009 — Thanks to a tremendous response from attendees registered during the early registration period, the BevNET Live Conference, which will take

place at the Jumeirah Essex House in New York City on Thursday, May 14, has fewer than 30 seats remaining based on the venue’s current seating configuration.

“We’re really pleased with the way that this year’s conference is
shaping up,” stated John Craven, Founder of BevNET.com.  “The program
at this year’s conference will offer attendees insight into an array of
different topics that are vital to the beverage business, including
market trends, investing and financing, product development, and
distribution.  Plus, the  conference is on track to be better attended
than last year’s event, which was sold out and had a substantial wait
list.”

With an admission price of $890, attendees to the BevNET Live Conference will participate in a one-of-a-kind event.  The features interactive panel discussions, ample networking opportunities,
and a unique “sampling bar” that will allow attendees to sample upwards
of 20 different products.  The event starts at 9 A.M. (registration and
breakfast at 8 A.M.) and the program concludes at 5PM, with a
complementary cocktail reception immediately following.  Sessions
feature leading beverage entrepreneurs, distributors and investors,
with a program designed specifically to help attendees navigate the
complex waters that make up the beverage industry.

“Building on the success of last year’s event, we’ve put together a
group of people that come from all walks of the industry, including
venture capital, key distributors, flavor houses, and financial
advisors” stated Jeffrey Klineman, Editor of BevNET and Beverage
Spectrum.  “We hope that this is a day that jumpstarts the businesses
of those who are searching for new ideas – or offers a new perspective
to those people who’ve been at it for a while.”

BevNET Live has been designed to create an intimate environment that
allows for maximum face time with panelists and other attendees.  That
said, space is limited, and spots are filling up fast.  Those who are
planning on attending should register as soon as possible.
