So you’ve gulped a zero-calorie cola before. Big whoop. Ever had a negative-calorie cola?
If not, now’s your chance, as Celsius Holdings will unveil its latest release — Celsius Negative Calorie Cola — on Friday at the Subway Firecracker 250 at Daytona International Speedway. Celsius, meanwhile, will serve as the primary sponsor for the No. 10 Toyota Camry during the race, which will be layered in a Negative Calorie Cola paint scheme and will be driven by Blake Koch, TriStar Motorsports driver.
“The Celsius team is excited to launch the new Negative Calorie Cola because it is giving consumers the cola flavor they love without the negative health effects,” Celsius CEO Gerry David said in a release.
The new flavor has no sugar, high fructose corn syrup, preservatives, artificial colors and flavors or aspartame. The product is clinically proven to help burn 100 calories or more per serving, boost metabolism, reduce body fat and increase endurance, according to the company. It’s available in Winn-Dixie, Vitamin Shoppe, Ralphs and Meijer stores across the country, as well as Amazon.com, with a suggested retail price of $19 for a 12-pack.
