Groux, originally the beverage buyer for 7-Eleven stores in NY, NJ, and CT, has been involved with the distribution and launches of Snapple, SoBe, Nantucket, Snapple, Jones Soda, Stewart’s, Redline, and other brands in Southern California. He is currently the President of Coast Beverage Group, a distributor and incubator for entrepreneurial brands in the state of California.

Louderback is the President and General Manager of Bay Area Beverage Company. Under Mr. Louderback’s leadership, Bay Area Beverage Company has grown from a relatively small business with three sales representatives and 30 employees, and an annual volume of 300,000 cases and $3 million in revenue to become a leading Northern California distributor with 35 sales representatives, 200 employees, and an annual volume of 7 million cases and $108 million in revenue.

Muench is the Chief Sales Officer of Central Beverage Company, which services Cook, DuPage and Will counties in the Chicago area. He has overall responsibility for implementation of all sales and marketing programs for Central Beverage, which carries the products of 45 suppliers and more than 1000 SKUs. He works extensively with suppliers to develop sales programs for the Company’s various markets and is known for developing innovative sales and marketing programs.

Lebon is the CEO of Denver-based New Age Beverages and has helped introduce and grow brands like Izze, Vitaminwater, Honest Tea, and many others in the Denver area. He is also the founder of Xing Tea, an all-natural tea that is now available in 38 states.
