Award-winning whiskey distiller releases new small batch Dry Gin
Chicago, IL (PRWEB) November 10, 2014 — KOVAL Distillery is excited to announce the release of a new organic and small batch Dry Gin. After making a name in the world of whiskey and liqueurs, KOVAL is ready to launch into this new style of spirit making using a blend of unique woodland botanicals in the recipe.
With a base of their award-winning white whiskey, KOVAL’s Dry Gin adds flavors from grains of paradise, rose hip, juniper, angelica root, and coriander. This recipe makes a gin that is crisp enough to be enjoyed straight and complex enough to be an ideal base for both classic and contemporary cocktails. The attention to detail that KOVAL’s grain-to-bottle process allows shines through in the final product. At 47% ABV, this gin offers a higher alcohol content than others found on the market.
KOVAL changed up the bottle and label to reflect the artistry and craftsmanship that goes into making the spirit itself. Printed using innovative and environmentally sustainable techniques, this new label features Flexo paper with gold foil, embossing, laser cutting, and diecutting. Gold foil disks surround the traditional KOVAL plaque.
Sonat Birnecker Hart, President of KOVAL, knew that a high quality product deserved high quality packaging. “At KOVAL we value the creativity of our design team,” said Birnecker Hart. “We wanted to have an artistic label that maintained the sophistication of our overall brand story.” The one of a kind laser press used to make the label was the perfect match for this fresh new style of gin.
