MIAMI – LIQS® Cocktail Shots, which made its debut this past November in South Florida, has recently expanded statewide after a successful in-market test with its distributor, Southern Wine & Spirits and landed its first major chain account, Winn-Dixie, which released yesterday, August 27, 2014 to all 146 locations.
Partnerships with hundreds of high-profile South Florida events, venues and personalities helped LIQS® become a Miami favorite; solidifying the chain distribution deal as well as sales in over 100 independent liquor stores and high-profile on-premise accounts.
With its current success, LIQS® has announced it will begin their national rollout on August 1st, having signed distribution agreements with Glazer’s in Texas and United Liquors in Massachusetts.
The ‘Cocktail Shot’ was created to bring together the essence of a fresh cocktail and the convenience of a ready-to-drink shot that provides consumers with the perfect party starter.
Born from the minds of two entrepreneurs, Michael Glickman and Harley Bauer, LIQS® plans to revolutionize the RTD category by maintaining the use of top-shelf ingredients and all natural flavors, which come sealed in a custom, reusable 50ml plastic shot glass.
