Philadelphia Distilling Expands Marketing Team

(June 10, 2014) — Philadelphia Distilling, small batch distillers of award-winning Bluecoat American Dry Gin and other premium hand crafted spirits announced today that Philadelphia native, Michael Sachs has joined Philadelphia Distilling as Director of Marketing.

Michael Sachs has worked for over 16 years in the beverage industry and brings brand management and sales experience to the company. Previously, Sachs served as Global Director of Marketing for Icelandic Glacial Water. Prior to working for Icelandic Glacial, Sachs has held positions of President and Co-Founder of Code Blue Recovery Drink, marketing manager of GREY GOOSE Vodka for Bacardi USA, Business Development Manager for SAXCO INTERNATIONAL, and assistant marketing manager of WILD TURKEY Bourbon for Pernod Ricard. Sachs has an MBA from the University of Miami and a BA from Boston University.
