American Water Star to Complete Spin-off of New Age Packaging and Colorado River to Shareholders of Record on February 28, 2008 on Share-for-Share Basis

American Water Star (Pink Sheets: AMWS) is proud to announce the highly anticipated spin-offs of New Age Packaging (NAP) and CRD of Nevada, Inc. (Colorado River) (CRD). The spin-offs should be finalized upon completion of all the requisite SEC filings. All AMWS shareholders of record of February 28, 2008 will receive a share-for-share stock dividend in both of the newly issued company shares.
