The Kale Apple Lemon variety of BluePrint’s new 10 oz. line is a very nice green juice drink that seems to have been formulated with mass appeal in mind. Compared with the greens variety that is part of the brand's flagship 16 oz. line, this variety is noticeably sweeter, with the apple and lemon being out in force to help downplay the flavor of the kale. That said, this is definitely a great place to start if you’re new to green juice -- or just need a quick fix but don’t want a full 16 oz. bottle. And in our opinion, we’d bet that this flavor will in the long run become more popular than BluePrint's less sweet greens flavor. On the outside, we like the company's use of a cylindrical 10 oz. bottle. Seeing as the majority of raw juices are in square bottles, the size and shape give the product some visual differentiation and an appearance that’s more sleek and modern. However, the BluePrint branding seems a bit too minimalist -- there isn’t a logo or anything to the point where one might think this is a store brand. Nevertheless, this is a very solid addition to the BluePrint lineup and our favorite variety of the new 10 oz. line.
