The sugar-free version of Double Hit is the same carbonated coffee-based beverage as the original, but without the sugar. Instead, the product is sweetenend with ace-k and sucralose, resulting in a somewhat noticeable aftertaste. Fortunately, most of the aftertaste that you'll notice is the coffee, but they still don't work together in perfect harmony. Still, it’s a decent-tasting product -- especially if you compare it to diet energy drinks. Overall, it's not bad, but given that the original has only 80 calories we feel compelled to stick with that.
