Made with carrots and lemons, which have been cold-pressed and high pressure processed (HPP), this flavor of Fresh Juice excels in its simplicity. The product tastes exactly like the two ingredients that it’s made of, but the balance of the two is near perfection. We really like the slight touch of natural sweetness that you’ll find in this product, while the touch of citrus really helps round things out. And that’s it -- it really doesn’t need anything else. Visually, it’s pretty easy to grasp what this product is all about. “Fresh Juice” is an accurate descriptor, while the “Carrot & Lemon” leaves little to the imagination. But again, we’re really not into the approach of having a huge checklist of ingredients on the front panel as it’s a distraction from the process of deciding to purchase this product. Otherwise, we love the handcrafted look of what the company has created -- and the liquid is top notch.
