NOTHING BUT REAL founders Helena Lumme and Mika Manninen, whose previous Simpli OatShake launch in 2011 earned them BevNet and sofi-awards, spent two years creating a patented process to manufacture great-tasting oat-based drink that is free of additives like carrageenan, gellan gum and processed sugars.
