This was definitely one of our favorite flavors of the High Country Kombucha lineup. Again, they've done a great job pairing complex flavors that help offset the bitterness of the kombucha tea, while managing to keep the sweetness and calorie count to modest levels. In this variety, the addition of elderberry and hibiscus give the product an enjoyable floral flavor. This product is not for the faint of heart, however: the bitter kombucha flavor is definitely out in force. On the flip side, it has definite quality as far as kombucha drinks go, offering a potent flavor that's clearly raw and unprocessed. Marketability is our biggest question for this product. The dark bottle and exclusive use of herbal flavorings to complement the kombucha create a situation where very little will be familiar to the potential consumer scanning the cooler. A more inviting package would be the easiest place to start.

Elderberry Hibiscus is organic, raw, unpasteurized (in order to preserve all of the natural probiotics) Kombucha Tea, brewed traditionally and bottled full strength (in a base of purified water, organic cane sugar & organic tea), along with an extract of the following organic herbs; Elderberry, Hibiscus, Chamomile, Orange Peel and Vanilla Bean.
