Jubali’s Vibrant Green is an organic and high pressure processed (HPP) blend of apple, cucumber, swiss chard, kale and ionized water. Its flavor profile is pretty typical of a basic green juice, with a light sweetness from the apple and pretty big hit of flavor from the greens. However, it lacks one ingredient that other juices often have: lemon juice. This, or some other acidic juice, would be a nice addition to the flavor profile. Otherwise, this is definitely an enjoyable product that’s on par with competing products. The packaging and design are really what sets this product apart. The 12 oz. bottle is one that’s more commonly associated with dairy than juice, so the appearance is certainly something that might catch eyes. And as for the label, it’s clean and simple, with an illustrated design that is visually appealing. However, given that it’s in a different bottle shape than on of the category standards, we feel as though they need to do something else to make it obvious as to what it is. Moving “cold-pressed” and possibly the list of ingredients to the front might be one option. All in all, this product is an enjoyable option, although it doesn’t quite feel like a standout product yet.
