Here in Steiermark, Austria we really know our apples - with the first documented apple orchards dating from 1074 at the Benedictine monastery of Admont - our apples are prized for their flavour and exported across the world. Drawing on this wealth of experience and knowledge our apple farmer is are able to select the right balance of Idared, Pinova, Golden, Gala and Jonagold varieties. This means that Omi's Apfelstrudel has the intense flavour and aroma of properly matured direct pressed fruit. Our apples are handpicked and thoroughly prepared for pressing. Only the best fruit is direct pressed and bottled. Other than Omi's high quality aniseed, nothing is added to the direct pressed juice. So, that means NO added sugar, preservatives or colouring and absolutely NO concentrate! With the majority of apple juice products deriving from concentrate we are confident that Omi's offers, not only a unique taste but also a high quality natural product!
