Green Extreme is a very palatable and refreshing sports beverage. It's a bit sweeter than the mainstream sports drinks (aka Gatorade & Powerade) -- so keep this in mind when you think about purchasing this product. Overall though, the flavor is just right for our taste. In addition, this product truly did give our review team a boost of energy, which is definitely a plus when a product is supposed to be a sports drink.
