    Shauna Martin obtained her BA from the University of Central Arkansas and her JD from the University of Arkansas School of Law. She has over 18 years of experience as a corporate attorney, and has obtained a variety of awards recognizing her work, which includes technology law, mergers and acquisitions, financing, and corporate matters. In 2005, Shauna was diagnosed with breast cancer. With a young family to care for, she turned to daily green juicing to recover from the trauma of multiple surgeries and the toxic effects of chemotherapy. After discovering its life-restoring power, she made it her mission to get a green juice into the hands of everyone that she can every day, so that all can thrive as she has. Founding Drink Daily Greens LLC in 2012, Shauna now works to accomplish this mission through crafting new and delicious recipes and selling her Daily Greens, which are now sold in retail outlets nationwide. Although Daily Greens is now her full-time gig, Shauna co-founded Grable Martin Fulton PLLC in 2013, otherwise known as the GeneralCounselHub.com, where she continues as a member today. Today, Shauna lives in Austin, Texas, drinking her veggies, with her husband, Kirk, and their 10 year old son, Cooper.

Today, Matt, also known as "Uncle Matt", manages over 1,000 acres of organic citrus along with his father and other family members. Fully integrated from farming to manufacturing to marketing, he also serves as a consultant for farmers wishing to convert to organics.

    Chris Hickey is President of The Isopure Company - a leading sports nutrition company doing business in over 40 countries. Chris has consistently excelled building brands and businesses in a variety of corporate environments including Procter & Gamble, General Mills, MolsonCoors, Abbott Laboratories, and private equity-backed Athletes' Performance, Inc (now EXOS). Chris was recruited to The Isopure Company in April 2013 to transition and grow the high-performance company from founder leadership and private equity ownership to scale and corporate ownership. In his time at The Isopure Company he has focused on building the Isopure brand via the "We're All More Than Muscle" campaign, driving awareness through media partners like GQ, Men's Health, and Shape, and extending the franchise with category-expanding innovations like Cocotein (the first protein + coconut water beverage) and JAVAPRO (the first protein + coffee beverage). In October 2014, Chris led the $153 million sale of The Isopure Company to Glanbia plc, the Ireland-based global performance nutrition and ingredients company. In his two years of leadership, Isopure has achieved 21% Revenue CAGR and 34% EBITDA CAGR competing primarily in the specialty (GNC, Vitamin Shoppe) and online channels (Amazon, Bodybuilding.com). Chris attended Villanova University where he earned his BS in accounting graduating cum laude. He then went on to obtain his MBA in Business Administration and Management at the University of Virginia - Darden Graduate School of Business Administration where he has a member of the prestigious Raven Society. Chris is a husband and proud father of two beautiful girls, Bridget and Megan. He practices the lifestyle he preaches and is an active individual whose hobbies include working out, kayaking and coaching his girls' basketball teams.

Prior to joining SPINS, Kathryn was the Vice President of Grocery and Corporate Brands at BI-LO, LLC. She also served as the Vice President of Grocery at Ahold USA and worked in the category management and sales group at Ralston Purina.

She has also held executive positions with retail information supplier Catalina Marketing, developing network expansion programs for CPG sales teams. In her current position she is in charge of marketing for the largest retailer-owned wholesale grocery cooperative in the Western United States, comprising stores like Raley's, Haggen, Gelson's Markets and Superior Grocers, as well as stores ranging in size from neighborhood markets to small chains. Unified Grocers supplies more than 75,000 SKUs in its wholesale system, including specialty, organic, premium and functional beverages and foods.

    Nicole joined First Beverage Group in 2014 and leads the firm's investment banking efforts. Nicole has over 15 years of investment banking and corporate development experience and has extensive background providing financial advisory services to middle market companies, including mergers and acquisition transactions, debt and equity capital raising, restructurings and valuations. Some of Nicole's recent beverage clients have included Argo Tea, GoodBelly, Carolina Beverage Group and mix1 Beverage Company. Prior to joining First Beverage, Nicole was a Managing Director in the consumer investment banking group at Imperial Capital, where she led Imperial's efforts in the beverage, food and restaurant sectors. Nicole also worked in the investment banking divisions of Bank of America and Citigroup. Nicole also spent time managing the corporate development activities for Cooking.com, an online retailer of cooking-related products and a trusted source of online culinary content. Nicole received her B.A. in Economics and an M.B.A. from UCLA, where she competed in cross-country and track and field. Nicole also holds a graduate diploma in Economics from the London School of Economics. Nicole grew up in Southern California and currently lives in Manhattan Beach with her husband and two boys.

Over the past year, Jesse's overseen the brand's transition as an on-premise mixer, to a standalone iced latte, and most recently closed a national distribution deal with Kroger. A graduate of the University of California, Santa Cruz, Jesse lives in Atlanta, Georgia, and while he likes pets, he has none.

John currently sits on the Board of Directors of Advanced BioNutrition, Boathouse Sports, Ciao Bella, Farmigo, Halfpops and Kill Cliff; prior to exiting the investments, he was also on the boards of Oregon Chai, Izze, Food Should Taste Good and Angie's. Prior to joining BankBoston, he was a Senior Manager in Corporate Development and Strategic Planning at MCI and a management consultant with Booz, Allen and Hamilton. Louis' career in factoring, asset-based financing and related services has spanned 35 years with nearly half of those years spent on the international level. As Managing Director of the international factoring groups of GMAC Commercial Finance, HSBC Business Credit and Republic Business Credit he has traveled extensively throughout Asia, South America and Europe in his dealings with clients and correspondents. As a former board member of International Factors Group he has given numerous presentations on Supply Chain Finance, Import and Export Factoring and International Trade Flows. His background also includes senior management positions, portfolio management and business development. Louis serves on the Executive Committees of AAF&S Chapter of ORT America and AJ Congress and is active in fundraising for Israel Bonds. He has been a past honoree of the Chabad Vocational Schools and the New York Institute of Credit.

    Justin is an attorney and shareholder in the Denver office of the international law firm Greenberg Traurig. His practice focuses on representing companies in the beverage, food, and dietary supplement and providing assistance on regulatory and legal issues. He reviews labels and packaging, websites and other promotional and advertising materials to ensure that the labels are technically compliant and appropriate claims are being made. He assists many companies with responses to FDA actions like warning letters, inspections and recalls, as well as FTC investigations. He also prepares and reviews industry contracts such as supplier and manufacturing agreements. And lately, he has been defending companies in class action lawsuits over labeling claims like "all natural" filed in California and other states.

Greg is currently president & co-founder of Purely Righteous Brands LLC (PRB), a boutique consultancy dedicated to fostering the growth of "green space" health food & beverage companies, including Earnest Eats, Arctic Zero, Epic Provisions, TEMPLE Turmeric, Tasty Brand and SUJA Juice. Under PRB, Greg served as Chief ofMarketing & Strategy for Suja, the #1 cold-pressured fresh juice brand in the US where he led business strategy, marketing, innovation, and retail customer development. There he positioned the portfolio, created & launched 35 new items (including two sub-brands) and built 3 sales channels. Prior to that, he served as CMO of Sambazon, the maker of fresh amazon superfood-based beverages. As CMO, Greg led marketing, strategy, innovation and business development for Coca-Cola's FUZE & Energy portfolio. He also worked for over 14 years as an executive marketer at Kashi/Bear Naked and Kelloggs.

Michael has received numerous awards for his business leadership, including being named one of Crain's Cleveland Business 40 Most Influential People Under 40, was a four time Weatherhead 100 winner and has been awarded two innovation awards. Michael sits on the boards of several for and not-for profit organizations and is active in regional economic development and entrepreneurial education initiatives. He holds degrees in Biomedical Technology and Business Administration.

    Ms. Messina started in her role as EVP of Marketing and Innovation for Venturing & Emerging Brands in July, 2014. She started her career at The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta in 1994 with the Worldwide Media Department. She worked in Atlanta for five years in numerous global media roles, including Worldwide Media Director. In November 1999, Rebecca moved to Santiago, Chile and assumed the role of Marketing Services Director for the Andean Division. There she remained until 2001, managing media, promotions and marketing assets for Chile, Peru, Bolivia and Ecuador. In 2001, Rebecca moved to Sydney, Australia on a one-year assignment where she worked as the Marketing Services Director for CC South Pacific Division. Following this assignment Rebecca moved to Paris, France where she first served as the Executive Assistant to the Division President and then moved into a marketing role for the European Group in November 2003. In February 2006, Ms. Messina was transferred to Atlanta from Paris to lead The Company’s effort to develop the vision and strategy behind its approach to marketing. As the Vice President, Global Marketing Capability & Integration, this included the creation of The Coca-Cola Way of Marketing, global agency management operations, the development and delivery of integrated marketing communication programs, and numerous cross functional, global strategies.
