Kaumil Gajrawala is a Managing Director covering the Beverage, Household & Personal Care and Wellness sectors for Credit Suisse. Kaumil is the first sell-side analyst to analyze Wellness companies (including Fitness, Outdoor Recreation, Healthy Food and Beverage) as a stand-alone vertical. He brings 22 years of analytical experience to this role both on the buy-side and sell-side, with 18 years focused on the consumer sector. Most recently, Kaumil covered global consumer products at Manikay Partners, an investment firm. Prior to Manikay, he was a top-3 ranked Beverage analyst at UBS, according to Institutional Investor. Kaumil holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Rutgers University and currently resides in New Jersey.

Ibraheem Basir is the founder and CEO of A Dozen Cousins, a natural food brand that makes convenient side dishes based on traditional Creole, Carribean and Latin American recipes. The brand is inspired by his childhood growing up in the culinary melting pot of Brooklyn and is named after his daughter and her 11 cousins. Prior to launching A Dozen Cousins, Ibraheem obtained his MBA from the Wharton School of Business and served as a Marketing Manager on a number of iconic food brands including Larabar and Annie's Organic.

Monisha Dabek, SVP and Chief Commercial Officer, USA, is an accomplished executive?and leader in the management consulting, sales, brand marketing,?innovation?and strategy arenas. Monisha leads Ocean Spray’s Sales, Marketing, Innovation, Consumer?Insights?and Public Relations?in the U.S. region, with oversight and management of the profit and loss (P&L) for these critical areas.? Monisha came to Ocean Spray from Danone, where she most recently created and led the Enterprise Strategy & Innovation team. Her prior roles?with Danone?were centered in the brand marketing organization, spanning leadership positions in Plant Based?Food & Beverage (Silk,?SoDelicious), RTD Coffee (International Delight & Stok), and other portfolio brands. David Lester is the Co-Founder of OLIPOP, working alongside business partner Ben Goodwin to develop the first clinically-backed consumer beverage combining the flavors of classic soda with ingredients scientifically proven to support digestive health. David brings to OLIPOP nearly two decades of experience in the beverage industry--having started his career at Diageo, the world’s largest global spirits manufacturer. Following a decade with Diageo and assignments in Sydney, Australia, and Sao Paulo, Brazil, David left the drinks giant and headed to Northern California to pursue an entrepreneurial career. In 2013, David collaborated with Ben (his current business partner and OLIPOP co-founder) to launch Obi Probiotic Soda, a line of water kefir-based sodas. Following the sale of this business, David and Ben took the learnings they’d gained and embarked on their second venture together: OLIPOP. Born and raised in England, David graduated from the University of Nottingham and currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia, with his wife and two children. Since launching OLIPOP in 2018, David has led marketing and sales strategy--growing OLIPOP’s retail footprint to nearly 5,000 points of sale nationwide including Whole Foods, Sprouts, Safeway, Wegmans, and Kroger. David has also led the charge on OLIPOP’s e-commerce strategy, which has grown from zero to nearly half the revenue mix since the onset of COVID-19.
