Colorado Craft Distributors is looking for an experienced and motivated Craft Beverage Sales Representative to manage a high-volume territory in the southwest Denver metro area including Lakewood, Littleton, Morrison, and Highlands Ranch. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a strong background in craft beverage sales and a passion for building lasting relationships across diverse retail channels. Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing accounts and grow sales across liquor stores, bars, restaurants, grocery, and chains
  • Represent a diverse portfolio including:
  • Craft Beer
  • Craft Cider
  • Ready-to-Drink Cocktails (RTDs)
  • Flavored Malt Beverages (FMBs)
  • Delta-9 THC Beverages
  • Premium Snacks and Mixers
  • Execute promotions, secure placements, and build in-store visibility
  • Collaborate with internal teams on product launches and marketing initiatives
  • Communicate and build relationships with supplier partners
  • Analyze sales performance to identify potential opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of account activity
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Maintain a Monday-Friday 9am-5pm work schedule

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-5 years of experience in beverage-alcohol or similar industry sales
  • Enthusiasm for working with innovative and emerging brands
  • Ability to perform after-hours hand sales, demos, and festivals
  • Willingness to work directly with supplier representatives
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Reliable personal transportation and valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of the Colorado beverage market
  • Proven success managing a large, mixed-format territory
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for craft culture
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft suite of products or similar
  • Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (e.g. Encompass, KARMA, or VIP)
  • Residing in or near territory
