National Account Manager - Food Service

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Bring high-level thought and leadership to strategic planning and execution of sales initiatives in Food Service.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to communicate and execute against company strategic direction, priorities, and financial guardrails.
  • Manage top level partnerships with distributors such as Chefs Warehouse, Sysco, Baldor, US Foods, PFG, & Ace Natural to ensure continued growth.
  • Establish National Foods Service sales strategy; pricing architecture, rebate programs and menu placement initiatives to drive sustained growth and operator adoption of Vista Hermosa products.
  • Onboard brokers and manage relationships; provide strategy and sales tools to ensure execution. Establish communication cadence to ensure deliverables are met to hit sales goals. 
  • Develop, negotiate agreements and manage strategic partnerships with leading contract food service providers and manager services including, Compass Group, Aramark, Sodexo, OTG and Delaware North. 
  • Build annual purchase and spend plans by distributor; execute and evaluate rolling forecast against annual plan on a monthly basis. 
  • Build innovative presentations for Food Service operators and distribution partners designed to initiate an action-oriented response.
  • Own and grow relationships with local, regional and national operators, work with chefs, founders, and procurement teams to drive adoption and expansion of Vista Hermosa products. 
  • Represent Vista Hermosa at industry trade shows, distributor events and new market launches 
  • Provide category management leadership and marketplace insights and analysis.
  • Accountable for cost containment, sales growth, revenue and profit growth
