We are seeking a high-character, self-driven sales professional who wants to help build something meaningful from the ground up.


Position Overview 

The State Sales Representative will be responsible for driving brand growth within their assigned territory through: 

  • Account acquisition 
  • Distributor collaboration 
  • Menu placements 
  • Brand education 
  • Local activations 


This role focuses heavily on on & off-premise relationships, strategic retail partnerships, and building a strong brand presence within the market.


Key Responsibilities 

Account Development 

  • Prospect and open new on-premise and off-premise accounts 
  • Build relationships with bar managers, beverage directors, buyers, and 
  • ownership groups 
  • Educate accounts on Desnuda’s brand story and product differentiation 
  • Conduct tastings and product demonstrations 


Distributor Partnership 

  • Work closely with distributor sales teams 
  • Participate in ride-alongs and market visits 
  • Ensure accounts place orders through distributor channels 
  • Maintain alignment with distributor sales goals 


Sales & Distributor Management 

  • Review and develop distributor pricing structures and deal strategies 
  • Manage territory budgets related to sales incentives, sampling programs, and display execution 
  • Complete required account surveys and market assessments 
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with distributor partners on depletion trends and reorders 


Brand Activation 

  • Host tastings, demos, and sampling events 
  • Support brand activations and local marketing efforts 
  • Secure cocktail menu placements and featured programs 


Territory Management 

  • Daily/Weekly account visits 
  • Conduct new outreach 
  • Identify new strategic opportunities within the market 
  • Track all account activity in CRM 


Market Reporting 

  • Provide monthly market insights 
  • Report account feedback, competitive intelligence, and growth opportunities


Compensation & Earnings Potential 

This role includes base compensation plus performance bonuses tied directly to sales growth and account development. 

Base salary of $75,000, with on-target earnings (OTE) up to $100,000 based on performance.


Bonus Opportunities Include: 

  • Menu Placement Bonuses 
  • Quarterly Volume Growth Bonuses 
  • Additional bonuses may be awarded for: 
  • Strategic partnerships 
  • Flagship “golden accounts” 
  • Menu takeover programs 
  • Exceptional distributor collaboration.

Role Requirements 

  • Ability to travel throughout the state 
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays 
  • Ability to host tastings and attend events 
  • Valid driver’s license 
  • Reliable transportation
