Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, outgoing, and entrepreneurial Part-Time Sales Representative to help grow our footprint across the DMV. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the ground, building relationships, and closing deals with local businesses.
You will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and onboarding new retail and hospitality accounts including cafes, juice bars, gyms, wellness stores, restaurants, and boutique markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities across the DMV region
- Conduct in-person visits to local businesses to introduce and pitch our product
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers (owners, managers, buyers)
- Close new accounts and facilitate initial orders
- Coordinate product sampling and tastings where appropriate
- Track outreach, leads, and sales activity
- Provide feedback from the field to help refine sales strategy and messaging
Qualifications
- Prior sales experience preferred (especially in food & beverage, consumer packaged goods, or hospitality), but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-starter with a high level of initiative and accountability
- Comfortable with in-person, face-to-face selling
- Organized and able to manage time effectively across multiple locations
- Access to reliable transportation (this role involves travel throughout the DMV)
