Monday – Thursday, 9p – 7am with $3/hr shift premium
Responsible for performing cellar tasks that contribute to the quality of our beer and efficiency of the cellar. Duties include tank cleaning, yeast management, dry hopping and cask cleaning.
The ideal candidate is interested in all facets of beer production and has an eagerness to learn and continue learning. A brewing specific education (Siebel, UC Davis, …) or professional brewing experience is a plus.
Most importantly, we are looking for someone with a positive attitude, a willingness to work hard, take on new responsibilities and an eagerness to learn and continue learning.
