This role will support the Nestle Waters & Premium Beverages (NWPB) division, a category in Nestlé USA’s portfolio. This role is focused on elevating iconic brands including San Pellegrino, Acqua Panna, Perrier, Maison Perrier, and Essentia in the food service channel with a focus on hotels, restaurants, bars, cafes and select non-
commercial businesses. In this role, you will gain valuable experience by supporting key objectives focused on cultivating demand and elevating our premium waters.

What is this role like?
- Execute territory sales plans co-developed with internal Nestle teams to develop new hotel, restaurant, café and bar accounts.
- Identify new sales opportunities and collaborate with Nestlé internal teams to evaluate return on investment and determine actionable next steps. Account Management for existing and new customers within designated territory.
- Develop new business relationships and strengthen existing business relationships beyond the buyer to include cross-functional leaders.
- Responsible and accountable to achieve agreed upon KPI's.
- Work cross-functionally with peer groups to share and leverage best practices and execute deals within designated territories.
- Support national account plans for lodging/travel, chain restaurants, and non-commercial businesses.
- Support distributor partners with training, program execution and distributor sales representative relationship building.
- Understand P&L and manage budgets.
- Assist customers in reaching sales potential on company products by identifying creative selling ideas.
- Propose appropriate brands, packages, and equipment solutions to satisfy customer needs, while fully leveraging national and local marketing initiatives with the customer.
- Track daily, weekly and monthly call activity and performance measurements against assigned goals and expectations.
- Partner with internal Nestle teams to conduct post promotional analysis measuring the success levels of promotions making any necessary changes.
- Regular interaction with store level and district/market manager customers leaders, inclusive of regularly stewarding customers performance and results.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 or more years in Field Sales, Account Management, Business Development, relevant brand ambassador or Category sales experience.
- Food and beverage sales experience preferred.
- Experience consistently delivering on KPIs / demonstrated success.
- Strong entrepreneurial and execution skills.
- Problem solver, self-starter and good communication skills.
- High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Intermediate to advanced computer and database application skills.
- Experience managing budgets.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and be able to drive/travel through the designated market area.
