We are seeking a National Pricing & Data Analyst to join our team and support the continued growth of our brand by delivering actionable insights, managing pricing strategies, and analyzing distributor and retail performance across the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize national pricing models across all markets and channels (on-premise, off-premise, grocery, C-store, club).
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and Distributor partners to ensure pricing consistency and compliance with state-level regulations.
- Track and analyze depletions, shipments, IRI/Nielsen data, and distributor reports to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Monitor promotional spend ROI and trade programs to optimize effectiveness and ensure profitability.
- Build dashboards and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, or Tableau) to provide real-time insights for leadership and field teams.
- Support new product innovation launches with pricing recommendations and data-driven volume forecasts.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking against key RTD and spirits brands to inform pricing and positioning strategies.
- Provide ad hoc analysis for executive leadership to support national account presentations and investor updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, or data analytics within the beverage, CPG, or alcohol industry (required).
- Strong understanding of distributor systems (VIP, Encompass, KARMA, etc.) and syndicated data sources (IRI, Nielsen, Circana).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for cross-functional and distributor-facing interactions.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
