Brewery Production Teammate

This is a versatile position with responsibilities across all aspects of brewery operations, to include brewing (cold brew coffee), packaging, and all other duties within the BrewLab area reporting to Head Brewer.

Qualifications

• General understanding brewing operations and warehousing. (Prior packaging, canning, kegging, and racking experience a plus)
• Mechanically minded a plus.
• Passion for learning new things.
• Computer literacy a plus.
• Must be reliable, communicate well, and manage time well.
• Strong collaborative nature and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Must have the schedule availability/flexibility to work long and/or odd hours as needed to complete tasks.

Responsibilities

• Performs CIP across all operations.
• Maintain detailed logs (SOP).
• Quality control and assurance throughout the process.
• Stewardship (proper use, maintenance, cleaning, etc.) of all brewery equipment, pumps, canning system, etc. and production areas.
• Heavy lifting (+-50lbs) of raw materials required in the brewing process.
• Troubleshoot with quickness and vigor.
• Warehouse/BrewLab cleaning and organizing.

Physical Demands and Work Environment: To perform the job, the employee is frequently required to bend, lift, walk, clean, crouch, and operate a pallet jack. The position will require the ability to carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs. during production times. The work is typically performed in a food production atmosphere, with a moderate noise level.
