THC Beverage Account Manager (Nashville, TN)

Summary:

Modern Infusions, a division of Theory Wellness, is an established regional cannabis brand that is launching their THC Hemp beverages in the Tennessee market. The THC Beverage Account Manager is responsible for maximizing sales, visibility, distribution, and awareness of our brands in core accounts primarily in Nashville and Knoxville, TN. This role is located in Nashville market – travel required to other markets on a regular basis

.

Responsibilities:

• Territory: covering core accounts in Nashville/Knoxville markets
• Lead the overall effort to maximize account level execution and visibility of our brands, leading account level sales and execution of displays, POS and events
• Work with distributor sales teams to secure new business and building existing accounts
• Consistently improve conditions of our brands in accounts (cooler placements, POS, etc)
• Identify, target, and develop potential new accounts within assigned territory
• Identify opportunities to increase awareness of brands and work with sales/brand teams to evaluate
• Provide market and competitive information to brand team to help identify brand drivers and opportunities
• Ensure optimal and maximum utilization of promotional programs and company resources
• Plan, organize and facilitate tastings, events, and trade shows om a regular basis
• Identify and execute against opportunities for custom POS development and placement
• Performs other work-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 1+ years of related beverage sales management experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Able to adapt to changes
• Reliable Transportation
• High energy, enthusiasm and the willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proven analytical decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work extended hours as needed, including late nights and weekends
• Knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Office
• Valid state driver’s license and safe driving record
• Regular and sustained periods of physical exertion requiring ability to lift, carry and position objects using proper body mechanics (10 to 15 pounds consistently and 25 to 40 pounds occasionally)
• Significant periods of time spent in a vehicle, traveling to accounts within assigned territory
• At least 21 years of age
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check - No drug-related felony convictions
