Account Manager – Beverage Co-Packing at 24x7 Packaging | Clifton Park, NY

Salary: USD $65,000–$80,000 + Benefits

24x7 Packaging is growing quickly, and we’re looking for an experienced Account Manager who knows the beverage co-packing world inside and out. We partner with emerging and established brands, helping them bring high-quality products to market on time and at scale. This role is remote, with occasional travel to client sites and our Clifton Park, NY facility.

What You’ll Do:

·      Own a portfolio of beverage clients and guide them through each production cycle.

·      Act as the main point of contact, making sure communication between clients, operations, QA, and logistics stays tight and clear.

·      Review formulas, packaging specs, production timelines, and inventory needs to prevent delays and keep runs on schedule.

·      Prepare quotes, update purchase orders, and maintain accurate forecasts.

·      Build long-term relationships by understanding each brand’s goals and anticipating their needs.

·      Troubleshoot issues quickly and stay ahead of potential bottlenecks.

·      Attend select onsite production runs, audits, and industry events.

What You Bring:

·      Expert-level experience in beverage co-packing or manufacturing (RTD, functional beverages, energy, tea, juice, etc.).

·      Strong understanding of batching, filling, packaging lines, MOQs, and co-packer processes.

·      A track record of managing complex accounts with multiple moving parts.

·      Clear communication skills and confidence working with operations and supply chain teams.

·      Strong organizational habits and comfort in fast-paced environments.

·      Willingness to travel when needed.
